Our „Boutique Residence“ ES POUET from the 19th century offers our guests high comfort with a typical Mallorcan charm. A picturesque mulberry alley receives the guests with a magnificent authentical view of the surrounding vineyards. The „Boutique Residence“ ES POUET has a total of 5 double rooms, each with an individual design. Free WiFi in the house is a must. 3 bedrooms are situated on the ground floor of the spacious „Boutique Residence“ ES POUET. These double rooms have a bathroom en suite (shower/WC) and a direct comfortable access to an outside terrace with its own seating. 2 bedrooms are situated on the first floor and are connected via a living room with a fireplace, which is therefore ideally suitable as a family-suite. One of the bedrooms has a direct access to a bathroom (shower/WC), the other bedroom is adherently joint with a bathroom (shower/WC) via the living room. A quiet balcony is solely for suite-guests‘ disposal and invites them to linger. All rooms are equipped with an air conditioner (individually controlled) and a TV-set. The reception/entrance area has windows to the garden and to a cozy roofed seating area just outside the house. A homely living room with a TV-set and a fireplace is ideal for relaxing especially in spring or winter. A friendly breakfast room and a comfortable, daylit kitchen with a direct access to the garden and traditional Mallorcan tiles make the house atmosphere perfect.
