Es Taller is the converted mechanic's garage of Valldemossa set back away from the busy streets in the centre of town. It is full of light, surrounded by greenery, with views of the mountains above from the sunny terrace. The vibe is very down to earth. You'll eat unique and enticing food, cooked by Chef and Owner Nicolas, well known in town from his former restaurant, which was one of Valldemossa's highest ranked restaurants for the last 5 years.
