La Rosa del Agua is an 18th century stone house typical of the region of El Bierzo, Leon located on the Camino de Santiago, completely restored yet retaining all its original charm. The entrance to La Rosa is through the original solid oak doors cut from the old mountain forests that surround the village of Acebo. In the cozy rooms with private baths you will find a blend of old world rustic charm with modern amenities such as massage showers and climate control. Each bedroom has a western view of the mountain range with breathtaking sunsets and quiet cool mornings. Have a coffee on our sundrenched terrace or come inside the bar/ lounge and warm up by the nearly 200 year old fireplace with a glass of award winning wines from the region. Your overnight stay includes a continental breakfast with fresh orange juice and organic coffee.
