In 2019 we (Jan and Nina) bought Cortijo la Fe and after 6 months of total renovation, we opened our bed and breakfast in July 2020. Cortijo la Fe is a place in Montefrio where silence and quietness invites you to relax. Dazzling and peaceful landscapes are mixed with architectural beauty. Cortijo la Fe is situated 8 km from Montefrio, in the middle of olive groves and offers fantastic views. Our theme is relaxation, and to offer our guests space, privacy and personal attendance. The property has been renovated recently, keeping it’s rustic atmosphere, but at the same time being updated to a modern standard. The property consists of 8 acres, garden, several places outside to enjoy and relax, swimming pool with magnificent views, a chapel and a Hammam. Cortijo la Fe has 6 double rooms with en-suite bathrooms. There are 2 Classic- and 4 Superior rooms. All offer amazing views over the olive groves. One of the Superior room offers 2 bedrooms. We also offer our guests ecologically grown vegetables and fruits from our private garden. There is also a honesty bar in the dining room so our guests can refresh themselves at any time of the day. Due to the rural character of the buildings, the leveled exterior and the surroundings are not very well considered for all mobility-impaired guests. We accept children from the age of 12. Younger children may only be accepted in specific rooms and by PRIOR AGREEMENT only. We do not offer children discounts. Pets are not allowed. We do not have any television set at the Cortijo la Fe, as we want our guests to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings and to get time off from the normal working days and stress.
