A fusion of food and drink, in a sunny setting with a thousand colors. CIAO MARE is a project born after twenty years of culinary experience and education on strictly produced food from our hands and coming out of our land, where my family tree, that is, both masters of life of fork taught me the older recipes , of my great-grandparents and grandparents, and their perfumes. I have devoted much of my life to the good food and the glass that never fails. And after all this sacrifice I have created a fusion of food and drink, in a sunny environment of many colors, enveloped by my smile that is not afraid of competition, of which I have to thank my father, Peter, who sent me this lasting energy, that in my turn I try to convey to you to make you live a pleasant experience to the table.
