Nestled in the peaceful residential area of Tabaiba, this villa benefits from one of the island's warmest microclimates, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all. The villa Open-plan living and dining room Open-plan living and dining room has everything you need to feel at home in a sociable setting. You will find a spacious, comfortable corner sofa to relax on and enjoy the ocean and mountain views, a 55' Smart TV for cozy film nights, and a dining table for six. Terrace Soak up the impressive views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Güímar valley from the south-facing terrace The outdoor dining table is the perfect place for a family meal or just a moment of peace to enjoy a book. Kitchen Brand new appliances and all the kitchen equipment you could possibly need to make home-cooked meals. In the kitchen you will find: Dishwasher Oven Electric stove Nespresso coffee machine Fridge-freezer Cutlery, utensils, plates and bowls Cups and glasses Frying and saucepans Hand blender and much more. There is a kitchen island with a bar where you can sit and enjoy a glass of Tenerife wine while the chef cooks up a storm. The kitchen door leads out to the swimming pool at the back of the villa. Outdoor swimming pool and patio With its inviting atmosphere, native Canary island plants and choice of seating areas, you're sure to spend a lot of time outdoors. The elegantly designed swimming pool is heated to a comfortable temperature range of 23-25 °C and measures 6 x 5 meters with a depth of 1.8 to 0.5 meters. When you want a break from splashing in the pool, stretch out on one of the sun loungers or kick back on the sofa and chairs in the chill-out area under the bioclimatic pergola. Main bedroom There is a double bed (160 x 200 cm), bedside tables with individual lamps for reading in bed and wardrobes to hang your clothes and store your belongings. There is a door that leads to the swimming pool patio. En-suite bathroom The en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower, a sink, a bidet and a toilet. There's a wooden bench for your things where you will find your towels upon arrival. There is a toilet seat reducer and a step to make your children's stay more comfortable in the cupboard in the ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom The stylishly decorated second bedroom has a double bed (140 x 200 cm), bedside tables with individual lamps for reading in bed and wardrobes to hang your clothes and store your belongings. You can access the front terrace from the second bedroom. Third bedroom This bedroom is ideal for children with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). There is a wardrobe and a door that leads to the swimming pool patio (you can also keep the door locked for safety). All bedrooms also have light-blocking blackout blinds so you can sleep in or take an afternoon nap (perfect for your baby or toddler’s nap, too!) and ceiling fans for the summer months. Bathroom The main bathroom has a large walk-in shower, a washbasin and a toilet. Other important information: Check-in / check-out Our check-in time starts at 4 pm and check-out is by 11 am. To make things more convenient for you, we will provide you with a code to the lockbox so you can retrieve the keys and check yourself in any time after 4 pm. Online check-in before arrival As per the current vacation rental decree (Spanish law), we kindly ask all guests over the age of 18 to submit their IDs before arrival. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Towels, linen and professional cleaning We take pride in ensuring that our apartment is professionally cleaned to the highest standard before your arrival. We provide high-quality white bed linen and towels, and we kindly ask that you use them with care. Please refrain from using them to wipe up spills or dirt, or to remove makeup. In the event of stained linen or towels, we reserve the right to charge a fee to replace them. We provide one bath towel, one hand towel, and one beach towel per guest, as well as one hand towel per bathroom. If you require a change of towels or bed linen during your stay of 7 days or more, please let us know, and we'll be happy to arrange this for you.
