Important information: the apartment is on the third floor and the building does not have a lift making it unsuitable for wheelchair users or people with mobility restrictions. The apartment A bright two-bedroom loft apartment in La Laguna's old town with an additional home office makes it ideal for freelancers and digital nomads. The spacious apartment is decorated with style and comfort to make you feel at home. Living and dining room Enter the apartment into the large living and dining room with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and the historical landmarks of La Laguna from the double-aspect windows. A cosy space to relax, read a good book or watch a film. Smart TV with a Netflix connection and a USB port so you can plug in your device. The comfortable corner sofa pulls out into a double bed and the dining table seats 6 people. Kitchen The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a self-catering stay in La Laguna, including: Ceramic hob Fridge freezer Kettle Coffee machine Toaster Microwave Washing machine and clothes dryer Glasses Cutlery Pots and pans. Coffee lovers take note: the loft is stocked with three different types of coffee makers to suit all tastes: Italian coffee percolator, French press, and coffee pod machine. We recommend buying freshly ground coffee beans from the local coffee shop and roaster La Cafeína. Main bedroom Comfortable double bed (135 cm), good pillows, wardrobe, and enough space to store your things as well as a nice view of the city's historic rooftops. Twin bedroom In the second bedroom, you will find two single beds, a wardrobe, and a desk. Home office Need to catch up on a few emails or working your projects in between exploring the island? One of the added bonuses of this loft apartment is the separate office with a comfortable chair, a large desk, and views of the historical landmarks of La Laguna. There is super fast fibre optic wifi, which makes the apartment a great option for remote workers. Bathroom The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink and space to put your personal belongings. Community rooftop terrace You will have access to a large communal rooftop terrace with stunning views, where you can admire the entire city from above or enjoy a morning coffee. Other important information: Check-in / check-out Our check-in time starts at 3 pm and check-out is by 11 am. Online check-in before arrival As per the current vacation rental decree (Spanish law), we kindly ask all guests over the age of 18 to submit their IDs before arrival. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Towels, linen, and professional cleaning We take pride in ensuring that our apartment is professionally cleaned to the highest standard before your arrival. We provide high-quality white bed linen and towels, and we kindly ask that you use them with care. Please refrain from using them to wipe up spills or dirt, or to remove makeup. In the event of stained linen or towels, we reserve the right to charge a fee to replace them. We provide one bath towel, one hand towel, one beach towel, and one cotton robe per guest, as well as one hand towel per bathroom. If you require a change of towels or bed linen during your stay of 7 days or more, please let us know, and we'll be happy to arrange this for you. Mid-stay cleaning If you would like mid-stay cleaning, we offer this service at €15 an hour (minimum 3 hours). Please send us a message if you would like us to arrange this for you. Parking There is a private garage parking space available for the duration of your stay. Families We warmly welcome families travelling with infants and offer a baby pack on request to help you travel lightly and comfortably. Our baby pack includes a travel cot with a bottom sheet and a highchair, available for €25 per reservation. Please let us know if you require this, and we'll be happy to assist you. Remote working If you plan to work remotely during your stay, we offer a 22-inch monitor with an HDMI cable for rent at €30. Please send us a message to request this, and we'll arrange it for you. Pets We accept small pets only on request. There is an additional charge of €40 per pet, per stay. Send us a message if you want to bring your pet.
