Los Prados 45 is a country house which is over a hundred years old. It has been transformed into a cozy home following a painstaking renovation respecting its structure, pillars and beams. It is located in Liérganes, which has been officially declared “one of the prettiest villages in Spain” Our visitors are invited to walk over our nine-hectare farm to enjoy its small oak, chestnut, holly and eucalyptus woods. We want Los Prados 45 to be a place of relaxation and enjoyment for our guests, away from urban bustle. It is an ideal place to rest and to be in touch with nature. At the same time, its location near Santander and only 20 minutes from the coast, allows guests to enjoy many different activities including sightseeing. Our guests especially appreciate the silence and tranquility. Therefore, the house is not suitable for children under 14 years.
