Fogar do Santiso Teo is the original restaurant of the Fogar do Santiso group, a pioneer in the farm-to-table movement and a model of circular economy in action. Here, sustainability and self-sufficiency are daily practices, made possible through the organic and local sourcing of all raw materials. Built using local, recycled materials and bio-architectural techniques, the restaurant is seamlessly integrated into its natural surroundings, creating an experience that is both authentic and unforgettable. Just 300 meters from its tables lies a 10-acre organic garden, along with native Galician livestock raised organically and partnerships with local fishing guilds to serve only sustainably caught inshore fish from the Galician estuaries. In addition to our grilled meat specialties, our menu offers a wide variety of dishes, including vegetarian and vegan options. We also provide meals suitable for celiacs and those with lactose intolerance or allergies.
