Cured Hams and Sausages from La Rioja cured in Secaderos al Natural Hams and Sausages Sobrón, we are a Riojana family business, located in Baños de Río Tobía, at the foot of the Sierra de la Demanda. Following in the footsteps of our grandfather Gerardo Sobrón with a century of experience, in the Sobrón family we continue to naturally cure our sausages and artisanal hams. Selection of raw materials of 1st quality, 50% Duroc pigs, handmade elaboration in natural dryers, sausages and high quality hams, as in the past the homemade slaughters were made
