Camping Playa Arenillas, is ideally situated by the sea, in the small village of Islares on the Cantabrian coast between Santander and Bilbao via the autovía. It is 5 mins. from Castro Urdiales, 15 mins from Laredo. The campsite is surrounded by pretty scenery impossing cliffs. Its fine Sandy beach is well known forwater sports such as scuba diving-fishing. The old harbour makes a very good natural salt wáter swimming pool. The beach is exceptionally good for surfing, wind surfing, boating... Surf school. Course and equipment rental. Also seafishing, underwater fishing, mountain biking routes to suit all abilities.
