In the heart of the Guadarrama National Park, at an altitude of 1,400 meters, there is a beautiful stone house from the 19th century, with capacity for 12 people, completely restored within a private estate of 3 hectares of oak forest, holly trees , Valsain ash and pine trees and crossed by the Old River, full of pools, bridges and waterfalls where you can bathe and enjoy nature. A house of 250 meters divided into two floors, fully equipped and with large windows that directly overlook the Old River. On the top floor there are 3 exquisitely decorated suites, each with a different style: Suite Suite with a large 1.80 canopy bed and a 1.35 sofa bed, Castellana Suite with a 1.50 bed and Venetian Suite with a bed of 1.35 and an anteroom with sofa bed of 1.35. Also on the top floor there are two full bathrooms: the Arab Bath and the Lilac Bath where you can contemplate the forest at sunset while enjoying yourself in a jacuzzi bathtub. On the ground floor a large living room with stone walls from the same quarry of the circus monastery "La Virgen de la Sierra", open to a modern kitchen, fully equipped to prepare all kinds of delicacies, while contemplating the Old River. A fireplace chairs the main living room with a leather sofa and four armchairs to enjoy the fire. A dining table next to a large open window to a beautiful terrace integrated into the forest. A library room with plasma screen, Google Chromecast, Board games, Wii .... In addition, the ground floor has the Hindu bedroom with a 1.40 bed and decorated with specially brought furniture. The Sancosmeiros bedroom, with a bed of 1.35 and decorated with original paintings and a spectacular bathroom with stone walls and glass ceiling with hydromassage shower. In front of the house, 20 meters away there is a game cabin, table tennis, table football, darts and a collection of bicycles of all sizes. La Mata del Fraile is an ideal refuge for disconnecting from the world, living a sensory experience, enjoying the silence, hiking, cycling, and visiting Segovia and its province.
