Our speciality is "el cochifrito" (It´s fried piglet in little pieces, with fried potatoes). Furthermore we have typical Segovian products such as "Cochinillo asado, Judiones de la Ganja..." and more things. You would be able to enjoy the gastrononmy near the Aqueduct!
