The restaurant La Dehesa is located in Vegas de Matute, a small village surrounded by a stunning and unique natural area. Its cultural heritage, from XVI century, makes our location very attractive for sightseeing, romantic getaways, nature lovers and wedding celebrations. We recommend you to visit our restaurant (with 2 beautiful summer pools, the smallest only for children and a handball court or frontón) and try our delicious rice dishes for lunch and our barbecue for dinner, with the highest quality fish, meat and vegetables. Exquisite seasonal cuisine, created by our chef Daniel Lázaro, always willing to add in his dishes all the ingredients every season brings.
