Figón ZUTE EL MAYOR, the predecessor of the new FIGÍN DE TINÍN, was founded in 1850 by the ancestors of the current owner, Mr. Martín Antoranz Albarrán. Our fame comes from old, since our grandparents took care that all those who distinguished them with their presence were fully satisfied. This has been our motto since the moment we took over the Figón, which we transmitted to our successors, together with our teachings, and the desire for constant improvement that has always guided us, always offering the highest possible quality. The responsibility for the business has passed from parents to children for six generations, now the children of Mr. Martín Antoranz who, for a long time, have been establishing themselves in the culinary arts, and especially in the typical dish of this establishment and the region: THE ASADO CORDERO. Our lambs are roasted in a wood oven specially chosen for this purpose. The most classic and natural way to taste the best lamb.
