Barro Cocido was born from the vocation of wanting to offer diners what I have missed as a customer on many occasions. A space with personality far from the commercial, an adequate service thinking about quality hospitality, where each and every one of the details counts, some more noticeable and others that are not equally or more important and a maximum quality based on products fresh in season. In this way, a simple, cared and pampered market cuisine arises, where a tomato is as important as a cod. It is not molecular cuisine, nor is it avant-garde cuisine, it is the cuisine that I do, letting myself be carried away by my passion for cooking, always contributing my personality every day. The dishes arise from the tradition to which I contribute my vision, I do not seek fame, I just feel fulfilled and happy with this project. It is my way of contributing, in one of the most important moments of the day such as lunchtime, an unforgettable experience.
