Found in the centre of the island in the town of San Bartolome de Tirajana. Very large car park and free entrance. Open Mon - Fri 10-4 and Sat / Sunday 10-2. Tours can be booked or just turned up for a tasting. Small glass to try costs 1 euro. Bottles can be purchased for around 10 euros.
