About
Managing a restaurant in the countryside offers some different approachs, we have set our orchard, where we harvest peppers, aubergines, courgettes, strawberries and so on. We like to produce our fresh vegetables and treat them with care to offer traditional dishes with a renewed approach. We also look for premium meats, to grill them or wood oven roast them, with a slight smoky flavor given by the woods of the region. We like to think that the food needs to be done with care, slowly and respecting its origins and natural flavors. Regarding the wines, we are mad about our local wines, we offer a nice selection of the best year wines, which we taste before each season to match them with our products.
