The spirit of wine, Cava and Penedes The enogastronomic restaurant Cal Blay vinticinc is located in a modernist winery from 1905. You'll can taste all of cellers from San Sadurni (over 120) and many other regions. The culture of wine and "cava" here is home. 30 Years after opening our first restaurant, we invite you to participate in our pursuit of pleasure, combine the knowledge of traditional and new culinary trends. We have three areas to enjoy the best cuisine. Each room combines a concept in decorating wine. The Tannin (40 persons), and Vineyard Cava (80-90) and the phylloxera (12 people). Plenty of details make this restaurant a unique and very special, guests can play the game of the aromas of champagne, or can wash your hands with towels scented with champagne. The spirit of wine, Cava and Penedes led to the senses and the palate.
