A tasting room in the centre of Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, the sparkling wine capital of Spain. – Do you know the difference between Cava and Corpinnat? We explain it and you will understand in a minute, plus you can taste samples of each. And certainly of Classic Penedés or even Pet-Nat, if this is what you are interested in. – And why has this little town become the centre of Spanish bubblies? A funny story, we will tell you. – Why do people dress in giant insect costumes once a year here? We will show it to you. – Do you like food and wine pairing? We will fascinate you, and each piece of food here is "zero kilometre", they come from the market and local producers. – Do you have special requests? No problem, we are very very flexible. Warning: there are two cats in the house, the house is big and the tasting room is quite separate, but it is better to know in case you have allergy. Our only request is that please, contact us at least 48 hours earlier.
