Toledo is also known as the "Jerusalem of Sepharad"; you may look for a different experience and walk along the city where jews has an own jewish Quarter, visit the synagogues and all the explanations. Segovia is the other Jewish heritage city, located 90 Km away form Madrid, stands with a Jewish Cemetery and Jewish Quarter. Also can visit the Alcazar and the Romand Aqueduct(IInd Century).
