The restaurant is located in an old building, which already had an inn owned by our grandparents, where we preserve that old flavor, in our decoration, showing objects and pieces, some inherited from these our ancestors In the kitchen of Meson Restaurant La Posada, are collected all the most traditional dishes of our land, elaborated by slow fire, and whose recipes passed from mothers to daughters, as a real treasure. Of our specialties, we highlight the bull's tail, the beans of La Granja, the cooked Manchego, and the most representative dishes of the Manchega cuisine, such as crumbs, porridge or game dishes.
