Salazar's Beachfront Bar & Grill is the creation of two Americans who love the town of L'Ampolla and the Terres de l'Ebre region. We grew up in Southern California, which has a similar Mediterranean climate and was once part of New Spain. Our food is a fusion of New World and Old World cuisine, utilizing our wood-fired grill and the abundance of fresh, seasonal produce, meats, seafood, olive oil, and the wine this wonderful area is known for. We have added our American twist to the flavors and presentation. Salazar's sits just above Platja de les Avellanes and has a spectacular view of the Gulf of Sant Jordi for diners to enjoy. Salazar's promises a friendly atmosphere to tantalize your tastebuds and enliven your soul with fabulous food. Try us for a private party in our event room, a business lunch, a romantic dinner, or drinks and appetizers overlooking the sunset. We will also entertain you with live music twice a month, on the second and fourth Saturdays.
