The guided tour through “Las Terceras” estate is a trip through the history and culture of Manchego cheese from the perspective of a family-run cheese producer whose traditions continue today. The vistor is able to see, first hand, how the master cheese makers work with the textures, tastes and aromas of the different “Las Terceras” Manchego cheeses and witness our prized creations. The journey continues through the Estate House, its patios and animal enclosures, making for a spectacular visit through the beauty of Las Terceras.
