Since 1946 we have been growing chufa in Alboraya and since 2013 we also make our horchata with organic chufa from our family fields. Watch the process in our open workshop! To complement our offer, we also have organic ice cream, delicious chufa flour crepes, natural ice juices, organic coffee and our homemade bakery. A must-do in your visit to Valencia!
