Since 1988 The Barbados restaurant opened on 22 December 1988. The owners Maite and Paco began serving quality tapas and appetizers. But gradually, and according to customer demand, with great enthusiasm and growing professionally, reopened as an elegant restaurant in 1996. Maite and Paco Paco in kitchen and Maite in the lounge of the restaurant, with his team of professionals offers a selection of excellent products for the customers to enjoy a good quality service. Our food Barbados restaurant offers traditional Mediterranean cuisine with a North influence, making a perfect fusion of Mediterranean and Cantabrian cuisine.
