The Casa Ángel Restaurant is located in a farmhouse in the heart of the Albufera of Valencia, surrounded by rice fields and with spectacular views of the marsh. It is a Restaurant in the Palmar typical Valencian and whose trajectory began in 2006. In his kitchen, dishes such as the paella del palmar, arròs del senyoret, arròs negre and of course the delicious arroz a banda in El Palmar are also made. All of them made with rice cultivated in the area following the Valencian rice tradition and using rice with the D.O Valencia. It is also possible to taste All i pebre, not forgetting succulent fish and seafood. In his winery you must found the best wines of the Valencian Community with denominations of origin Valencia and Utiel-Requena, although of course the winery has an exquisite selection of other wines from different denominations of origin, including Rioja and Ribera del Duero. The farmhouse, with a quiet and familiar atmosphere, has private terraces with great views of the rice fields. Its lounges have a capacity for 70 and 170 people being an ideal place to hold company meals and family celebrations.
