Camping Islas Cies

About

The campsite is located on the Islas Cies, namely the Faro island. These islands are part of the Parque Nacional Maritimo Terrestre de las Islas Atlanticas de Galicia, a nationa park that since 2002 is considered as one of the best ecosystem example of both the spanish coastline and deep sea. In these waters we can find different kinds of seabeds with especially valuable ecosystems, as we do in the fauna and flora presents in the islands themselves. But these are very sensitive to changes and harm in case of lack of proper regulation of the activities held in the area. That is the reason why every action we take in the campsite must lead to conservation and sustainability of the ecosystem and we thank you in advance for your caring and help in maintaining this wonderful place.
