Casa Marcial is run by Chefs Nacho and Esther Manzano in the town of Arriondas, Asturias. Asturias is a region in the North of Spain (The Green Coast), very well known for its spectacular scenery, culture and gastronomy. It is popularly known as “The Natural Paradise of Spain”. The restaurant is situated in the bucolic hamlet of La Salgar. The guest experience starts before taking the first bite, just driving up to the restaurant along the stunning rural landscapes and passing through “The Fitu” viewpoint, which is considered one of the most spectacular mountain views of Asturias and the North of Spain. Casa Marcial is a former village inn run by the Manzano Family since 1898 that keeps its rural charm. The country chic decoration of the restaurant creates a minimalist, elegant and relaxed ambience, offering the guest a warm welcome. The cuisine of Esther and Nacho Manzano and the philosophy of Casa Marcial express their own way to understand life, squeezing the location and tradition as the starting point to create their own culinary language. The surroundings and their personal signature will be reflected in the sensory and gastronomic experience that the client will enjoy during their visit. From the moment they start the journey, they will be hosted by a warm and professional service guiding them through the event, until they leave the restaurant. Casa Marcial offers two Menus to enjoy in a long and short version. The first one consists of the historic and emblematic dishes of Casa Marcial and the second one is designed specifically for this New Season. The careful fusion between environment and gastronomy makes the visit to Casa Marcial a unique experience.
