Molino de Zafra is a small mill that began its journey in 1997, always having the objective of producing quality oil but as HEALTHY as possible, that is why our slogan "Molino de Zafra, not just oil". Our EVOO is made with olives of the MORISCA variety (LITTLE KNOWN VARIETY WHICH HAS ITS EPICENTER IN THE SOUTHWEST OF BADAJOZ) being chosen for its large amount of polyphenols that are inferior in other varieties. Molino has 2 parallel production lines since we elaborate CONVENTIONAL AND ECOLOGICAL EVOO, we manufacture with 100% mechanical extraction without any industrial or chemical process or added additives. COLD EXTRACTION AND DECANTATION PROCESS (UNFILTERED EVOO). IN ADDITION TO OUR EVOOS, BASED ON OUR RESEARCH, WE CREATED OUR ECOLOGICAL COSMETIC LINE whose main ingredients are our EVOO + LYCOPENE, as well as other natural compounds that will improve and cure many skin pathologies.
