Our spacious premises, which are the site of a former horse ranch, are a tranquil place in an area of natural beauty. The centuries-old Countryhouse is elegantly styled while offering you the modern comfort and amenities of a boutique hotel. Our four completely renovated and carefully decorated rooms vary in layout, sizes, and tasteful décor. We are passionate about food and drink, which is why both play such an important role at SOEDER Countryhouse & Kitchen. Our countryside cooking is inspired by the South combined with some of the finest ingredients that Bjäre has to offer.
