Experience the food at Elisefarm! Welcome to our restaurant at Elisefarm. We serve exciting and well-cooked meals throughout the year, for both smaller och larger parties. The food is based on traditional Swedish cooking and we prefer to use locally produced ingredients. Skånsk food, with the traditional goosedinner and christmas smorgasbord, lies close to our hearts and is at most occasions a part of our menu, but the dishes can also be of a more exotic nature, with influences from all over the world. Our courses are mostly charactarized by the current season. In the spring, we we savour treats such as nettles, asparagus and rhubarb. In August, we serve our very own crayfish and by fall, you can order mushroom along with meat from the wildlife of our own lands. Feel free to try our pheasant, the trademark of Elisefarm. Elisefarm is a part of Skånska Matupplevelser.
