Bathing culture has a long history in Helsingborg. In almost 150 years, there have been a cold bath house or an open air swimming facility and locals can not imagine their city without functioning open-air baths. Pålsjöbaden was destroyed in a winterstorm and rebuilt and opened again in 2015. Pålsjöbaden bathing area is located along the seafront north of Gröningen. Here you can enjoy the sauna, the sun and a lovely swim. At Pålsjöbaden there are separate naked bathing areas and saunas, ladies on the left and gentlemen on the right. The bathing area also houses an enclosed café in the centre of the bathhouse.
