Bryggan's ambition is to always offer good, well-cooked food with good ingredients. We have a lively menu as we like to use local and seasonal ingredients. Here you should be able to eat well and we want everything that leaves our kitchen to be of high and consistent quality. It should be easy to visit us. We want a relaxed and choosefri atmosphere where everyone will feel welcome. Our ambition is to meet our guests' wishes and no problems are too big to be solved. The brewer's range of food, drink, furnishings, music and the environment will reflect the present, be updated and feel current. We strive to constantly have a finger in the air and know what our guests are looking for.
