Buustamons Fjallgard, Hotel, Restaurant and Distillery The kitchen has one passion, raw materials of high quality, preferably naturally present in Jämtland. They are prepared from the heart, and often with inspiration from other mountainous areas all over the world. To accompany your food, we carry a generous offer of wine, champagne and other noble beverages. Don’t forget to try our own schnappses, that we make in our own distillery! Everthing is enjoyed in the pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant, perhaps in front of the fireplace, or, during spring, summer and fall, outside on our sunterrass. Give yourself an experience of skiing or hiking with a silver lining!
