About

The Näsumaleden Trail is a 24 km car-, bike and hiking trail - most on unpaved roads. Follow the marked trail and let the landscape around you bear witness to the geological dramas that unfolded here 1,700 million years ago, when the peaks of Ryssberget and Västanåberget were thrust up and the area's remarkable minerals were formed. Eons later, the Ice Age created new natural wonders at Östafors.
