Aspet

About

Aspet is a nature reserve at the beach, just south of Ahus harbor. There are mixed forests, coastal dunes, wetlands and a wide sandy beach. In the south-east corner, the shallow lagoon attracts nesting and resting birds. At the lagoon there are two bird watching towers . In the outdoor museum at the parking lot you can read about life below the surface, about the list of ships, bath life and the history of the eelcoast. Äspet is a visitor site in Kristianstads Vattenrike Biosphere Reserve.
