This wonderful manor, built in 2008, consists of a 190 square meter main house with an outbuilding and an approximately 120 square meter guest house together on a 10 hectare property and 500 meters of beachfront on Lake Nyckelsjön. The water property includes fishing rights, so you can hunt for pike and perch by boat. The main building consists of three bedrooms on the upper floor, a large living room with a fireplace and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The large balcony faces south. In the basement there is a hallway, a large country kitchen with an open fireplace, a living room with a lake view and an open fireplace, another bedroom as well as a shower and toilet. You also have access to a laundry room. The guest house consists of a hallway, bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine as well as a kitchen and living room with TV in the basement. Upstairs there is a hallway, toilet with sink, a larger bedroom and two further bedrooms. In 2023, a heated pool was also built between the houses, so that water lovers big and small will get much fun here. On the large property there are several seating areas for grilling and a boat dock down by the water and sometimes you can also find sheep in the pasture in front of the house. The Sörmland region is known for its beautiful castles and mansions and of course the Baltic Sea coast. Day trips to the nearby capital Stockholm are also recommended.
