Fission Taco from Värmland. Our whole story began with a dinner in Värmland's Karlstad five years ago. Creativity and curiosity have always been our driving force, so we started experimenting with flavors from all over the world and inspiration from Youtube and Netflix. The result landed in a tortilla that tasted divine. Since then there have been a few tacos, many are on the menu today, some are not, but we happily continue to experiment in the kitchen.
