The menu features genuine Italian dishes such as: rosa di Parma (beef medallions with Parma ham, parmesan, rosemary and garlic, served with lambrusco, marsala sauce and potato wedges); and Arrostita di pesce alla Mediterranea (Il Conte's platter of oven-baked fish and shellfish served in Mediterranean style with half a lobster, sea bass, pike perch, sole and crayfish).
