In the year of our lord 1710, His Majesty Karl XII of Sweden, sent an emissary from his exile in Turkey, to the Swedish west coast. Lars and Ingela Gathe finally acquired their long awaited letters of mark, and an exiting new era in Swedish naval history set sail. We invite down our beautiful 17th century vaults, to help us celebrate the success of Lars and Ingelas ventures as privateers.
