In the middle of town but still in the middle of the green, a hidden oasis among roads and houses is Restaurang Oxenstiernan. A restaurant, a place and a gathering point and for the finest we have in Sweden in design, craftsmanship, sustainable food and drink. And above all a common concern and respect for what we have around us. Our restaurant has its origins in the 18th century, a magnificent manor with a long history, for growing vegetables, livestock and recreation. But now in a modern bottling where we celebrate the farmer, the small-scale producer, the small local dairy, and bring them into the kitchen of the future. The restaurant has three rings in the 360 Eat Guide and a Green Michelin star for sustainable gastronomy.
