Rosendals Garden
About
Rosendals Trädgård is a living museum and biodynamic farm tucked into the heart of Stockholm’s island Djurgården, just west of Rosendal Palace. Covering 2,500 square metres, the garden blends traditional Swedish horticulture with sustainable, biodynamic practices. Visitors can wander through a tea‑red rose garden, a thriving apple orchard with over fifty varieties, a sun‑drenched wine garden that produces its own biodynamic grape‑based wines, and a collection of seasonal fruit gardens. The farm also operates a shop that sells fresh produce grown in the garden, a bakery that offers wood‑fired stone‑oven breads, and a café that showcases local organic flavours. With its educational programs, greenhouse teaching workshops, and picturesque greenhouses, Rosendals Trädgård offers a peaceful escape from the city while immersing guests in a showcase of Sweden’s horticultural heritage.
