The house is located on a beautiful lake property with its own spacious jetty. The house has three separate bedrooms, a kitchen, a living - dining area with fireplace and panoramic view over the lake, a bathroom and a separate toilet. There is a total of up to six beds in the house (see floor plan; bed dimensions see under 'Equipment'; bed linen can be booked for a fee. The rental price includes an aluminum rowing boat (Linder 440) as well as life jackets in various sizes (including children's sizes). German satellite TV and Swedish television, as well as radio with USB connection. WLAN can be booked for a fee (see under 'Equipment'). The Möckleryd 20 holiday home is on the neighboring property. Good shopping, bank, doctor, pharmacy, etc. can be found in the nearby Tingsryd. In the Hyllen there are a. following fish: pike, perch, bream, roach and tench.
