Ulva Kvarn
About
Ulva Kvarn Hantverksby (Ulva Mill Handicraft Village) Ulva Kvarn is located about 7 km north of Uppsala and is one of the city's most appreciated places to love and enjoy. It’s a perfect place to visit both for the beautiful environment it nestles in and for the craftmanship village. A year at Ulva Kvarn means markets, veteran car meets, art exhibitions and there’s also the car-boot sale shop which is always very popular. For more information https://www.ulvakvarn.com/kalendarium. Here they’ve brought together glassblowers, artists, watchmakers, antique dealers and silversmiths. You can also sit down to eat in the delightful restaurant or have a snack at the little café. But you are also free to bring your own food, which you can enjoy at one of the picnic tables in the area. You can get here by bus – take a local bus, No. 104 to Ulva Kvarn, by car – take either Gävlevägen (road no. 600) or Gysingevägen (road no. 272) with a lot of space for parking.
