Restaurang Nykvarns Gastgifvaregard, formerly Den Lyckliga Grisen, is run by Anna & Nicklas Silwerulv and is placed next to the romantic river Sagan. The location is conveniently right between Vasteras and Enkoping, 4 minutes drive from E18 (exit 140) and 45 minutes drive from Stockholm.The restaurant is based on a bordinghouse from the 18th century wich has become the theme for the restaurant. The furniture, art and the employes clothing represent this.The food is classic swedish "husmanskost" and a´la carte inspired from the french kitchen.
