Homely Bed & Breakfast in a peaceful and charming neighborhood. About a 10-minute walk from the train station, and a 20-minute walk from the university. We want our guests to feel at home in a homely, cozy and comfortable environment, with the best quality beds, and a fresh bathroom with shower, bidet and underfloor heating. And of course, we always offer our guests a rich and plentiful breakfast, for free! 2 private toilets and 1 shared bathroom. Shared shower. Good quality sheets, linens, towels, and bath towels are always included for free. A combined dinner/lounge room, with breakfast-table and sofa. Guests now have access to high-speed wifi. We live on the bottom floor ourselves and are usually available if needed. And most importantly - We always offer a good and plentiful breakfast! Something that is often appreciated by our guests is that we encourage our visitors to make requests for breakfast. Do you have any preferences for breakfast? Any special allergies like gluten, lactose or the like? Let us know in advance, and we will do what we can to meet your wishes! Additional services: For our long term guests, we offer laundry service for a small fee. We also provide secure luggage-storage for free. Free parking is available outside the accommodation, along the street. Guests' access: 1F: 1 double room w private toilet (no shower). 2F: 1 quadruple room w private toilet (no shower), 2 double rooms, shared bathroom, lounge. Upon arrival, our guests are always given the key to the room and front door. - No access to the hosts' own apartment on 1F. Things to note before your stay: - It's ok to store your own food in the fridge, as long as you clean up after yourself. - Making a ruckus at night will be frowned upon, and is not allowed. - Keep it down when you arrive late, to avoid waking up others. In case of repeatedly bad behavior, we will exhibit our right to terminate a guests' stay with immediate effect, without the possibility of repayment. - Bringing in an outsider who is not a paying customer is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. Guests who violate this rule will immediately have to leave the property without any possibility of a refund.
