Traditional Italian cuisine in the south-west corner of the Black Forest! Located in a wine region and inside the 600-year-old building of the Hotel Sonne - which is also historical heritage in Schliengen - our restaurant aims at offering you fresh and top-quality ingredients prepared with expertise and dedication by our chefs. Our speciality is PINSA, the ancestor of the pizza, home-baked following the Ancient Roman recipe, so that it ends up being lighter, softer and crunchier. It is also a real blessing for your healt! Everything we cook, we cook ourselves at home. From pasta to desserts, via pinsa and pizza dough, everything is 100% HOMEMADE. Our daily goal is to offer you the delicacies of the traditional Italian cuisine in the best quality. But, in the kitchen, words are pointless: you must taste the food you read about.
