frühling is a third wave coffee shop with its own roastery (spring roasters) and coffee academy (kaffeemacher) in Basel. The award winning coffee shop (Best of Swiss Gastro category "Cafe" 2015) is known for its specialty coffee menu with several single origins from all around but also for coffee from its own coffee farm "Santa Rita" in Nicaragua. You will find breakfast all day and a selection of home made cakes and sandwiches. Coffees are brewed with the espresso machine Sanremo Coffee Racer, V60 and Uberboiler. frühlings Baristas are Swiss Brewers Cup Champions, Aeropress Champions, 3 times runner up Barista Championship and german Cup Tasters Champion.
