Basel's top alternative bakery. Cool Beans uses organic flour exclusively to produce earth-friendly breads and other baked goods. We use only natural sour yeasts in our breads and offer a widening range of plant-based, vegan items too, such as our beloved Banana-Schoggi muffins. To craft our espresso and brewed coffees, we began an enduring partnership with a like-minded, local coffee roaster, Colombiana. And, we recycle our coffee grounds by giving them to a local mushroom farmer.
